R12 - Newly Defined Territory Does Not Appear In Territory LOV Of Customer Account Site Details Page (Doc ID 740791.1)

Symptoms

Territory List of Values (LOV) in Account Site Details screen does not show all territories

This may become apparent after defining a new territory but unable to see this territory in the LOV

Steps To Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Responsibility

Navigation: Setup > Transactions > Territories

Define a new territory

Navigation: Customers > Customers
Query a customer
Select Accounts tab > Account Site > Account Site Details
In the Territory field, click the dropdown arrow to open the LOV. The newly defined territory is not available in the LOV
