Scheduled Report Fails When Search Criteria Contains A Space (Doc ID 740913.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On OTM 5.5.04, When scheduling ORDER SUMMARY report and adding a space in the CUSTOMER NAME text box reports fails with an exception while attempting to access the remote report web server. Issue is not report specific and can be seen with any report and enter/choose search criteria which contains a space.

Error:
RWServletProxy Exception: java.io.IOException
Description: Server returned HTTP response code: 400 for URL
