Debrief States "Completed With Error" But There Is No Error

This problem can occur on any platform.
-- Problem Statement:
When processing a Debrief the status changes to "Completed with error" but no error is listed or
found. When investigating the issue you inadvertently added a space to a line in a flex-field and
then deleted it. You saved the changes and reprocessed the Debrief. At this point it completed
without any error message.
Expect that display of "completed with error" is not shown.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer Support Manager -> Debrief
2. Call up desired Debrief; status is "Completed with error"
3. Make a change then undo the change; save Debrief
4. Debrief status is changed to "Completed" (i.e. no error)
