Symptoms

Find that opening a service request in iSupport takes more than 40 seconds, in case fnd_attached_documents table contains many records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to be able to open a service request in few seconds.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an iSupport business user
2. Open an existing service request
3. It will take about 40 minutes
