When trying to find parts in the Part Search Hierarchy window in Spares Management, and expanding the spares planning hierarchy tree, sometimes it is noticed that for few seconds it does not show any records.
Expect a scenario where users either get the before image of the data or the after image. There should be no duration where users see wrong/no data.
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Spares Management
2. Navigate to Planner's Desktop
3. Try to search Parts
