UWQ: Work Action 'Update Task' the Owner Field Shows 'Assignee'

Symptoms
In UWQ form, the Task Owner is the Assignee instead of the actual owner.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enabled the following from Universal Work Queue - Work Provider Site-Level Administration>Work Providers>Tasks>Work Panel>Actions>Update Task
2. Added new parameter:Task Owner and COPY Value from Item as 'OWNER'
When logged into the UWQ, find the following in each node:
1. Under Tasks>My Owned >
Task Owner is displayed correctly
2.Under Tasks>Group Assigned>
Task owner is the Assignee and this is incorrect
3. Under Tasks>My Assigned
Task owner is the Assignee and this is incorrect
