The goal of this document is to reveal the possible cause for carrier capacity not being checked when building multi leg shipments via Bulk Plan. The same principles can also be applied to single leg shipments.

- Let's assume there is a multi-leg itinerary with 3 legs. the carrier capacity should be checked on on leg 2, which is the primary leg.
- The Rate Offering has "Track Capacity Usage" turned on and a capacity group selected.
- The capacity group and capacity limits have been created to cover the time period for the order release that is going to be planned.
- A bulk plan is run on the order release, but the shipment(s) generated do not reflect usage of the capacity configured.
- Reviewing the logfile seems to indicate that OTM is not able to find the capacity usage data.
