Symptoms

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
Supplier user when trying to login is getting the following error message

ERROR
"There are no active responsibilities available for this user."

Steps To Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Create Supplier User in Supplier User Administrator  responsibility
2.Assign responsibility "iSupplier Portal Full Access"
3.Login as supplier user
4.Change password
5.Login successful but shows message:
   "There are no active responsibilities  available for this user."
