Symptoms

Payrun is paid successfully but no entries are created in the tables pay_batch_headers and pay_batch_lines even if pay date is fails within pay element mapping date brackets

When doing the same actions for supplier type sales person, the values are inserted at
ap_invoices_interface and ap_invoice_lines_interface successfully.

Expect that it is possible to pay employee in Incentive Compensation and transfer to HR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(R) Incentive Compensation Manager
(N) Tasks

• Calculate Compensation

(N) Tasks

• Maintain Payment Batches
• Create a payment batch
• Lock, submit and approve the paysheet
• Pay the paysheet, see the confirmation message The payment batch was paid successfully, but cannot see any entry in tables pay_batch_headers and pay_batch_lines.
