Symptoms
When clicking on the Outcome, Result, Reason, Activity Type, Action, Wrap Up, Action-Activity Type links / functions under the responsibility Interaction History JSP Admin, the following error occurs:
Error : Invalid Function. Please contact the System Administrator. Please login again.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Responsibility: Interaction History JSP Admin
2. Click on on the responsibility to access the links
3. Click on Outcomes
The above error message is seen.
Note: Additionally, when clicking the Outcome, Result etc. functions from the Navigator in the Professional User Interface, the below error is seen:
Interaction History JSP Admin is not a valid responsibility for the current user. Please contact your System Administrator.
