Japanese Extended Depreciation Processes Only 200 Assets At A Time

This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
When all assets that potentially could have Japanese Extended Depreciation are queried, more than 200 assets are returned. All of the assets are updated to start Extended Depreciation and the program is submitted. The program completes successfully, but only processed 200 assets. Extended Depreciation has to be run multiple times to process all assets.
