Symptoms

When running the create accounting program, using 'Multi-Fund Account Receivables Accrual - Balancing Method' Application Accounting Definition, the following error occurs for receipts in functional amount.  This happens after upgrading to Release 12 or fresh install.

ERROR

The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: Ran the create accounting

Changes

Upgrade to Release 12 or Fresh Install
