R12: Journals Duplicating In The Secondary Ledger (Doc ID 743609.1)

Symptoms

When journals are imported from the AR subledger, one journal is created in the Primary Ledger and 2 journals are created in the Secondary Ledger.

This does not happen on manual journals in GL, only journals coming from AR subledger.
