HTTP Error When Clicking on "Fix Errors" After Delete Attempt Fails

-- Problem Statement:
HTTP Status 404 error occurs after clicking Fix Errors button.
When attempting to delete a Service Provider that still has child data remaining that references this Service Provider (e.g. Invoices)., a valid error is printed to the screen indicating this.
This page has the button "Fix Errors". When this "Fix Errors" button is pressed, an unexpected HTTP error is presented as follows:
HTTP Status 404 - /jsp/null/null/Header.jspx
type Status report
description The requested resource (/jsp/null/null/Header.jspx) is not available.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Contract and Rate Management -> Service Provider Management -> Service Provider Manager
2. Search for a Service Provider
3. Select the Service Provider and click the DELETE button
Note: an error will be displayed (as expected)
4. Click "Fix Errors"
This will display an HTTP error.
