Populating Involved Parties in a Quote Results in an Error (Doc ID 743956.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

In 5.5.03.05 when trying to create a new quote, when adding Contacts if the 'l' button is used then an error is displayed.

ERROR:
Error Found Handling The Request.
The XID L entered for field label.BillToParty does not match a valid record


-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Navigate to: Business Process Automation > Communication Management > Contacts.

2 - Search for all contacts.

3 - Note an existing contact.

4 - Navigate to: Brokerage and Forwarding > Quote > click New.

5 - Enter ID = 7207299_992

6 - In the Involved Parties section, Bill-To Party field enter the contact ID noted in step 3.

7 - The drop down displays the contact ID correctly, select this entry.

8 - Empty the Bill-To Party field and enter the first letter of the contact ID, then click on the
list button.

9 - A new window is opened

10 - The contact is found.

11 - Select the contact and click OK and OK to close the window.

12 - The original window now displays the error:
