Task/Account Tab in Telesales Forms Shows ERROR ORA-4062 (Doc ID 744145.1)

In the Lead Center, Opportunity Center or eBusiness Center, when a user clicks on the Task/Account Tab the following error is thrown:

FRM-40735: <> trigger raised unhandled exception ORA- 04062

This also happens when a Sales Methodology is selected for an Opportunity and the tasks are defaulted.

Clicking on the Task Tab results in the error above.
