Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.04, Find that Performance issues are caused due to searching of Appointments for the whole day

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that only Appointments that are available are being searched

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Monitor the Database usage using AWR report to see the appointment queries take a long time

Due to this issue, performance issues are encountered in the environment
