Date Format Fails When Incrementing a Date Value in eText - Outbound Templates (Doc ID 744301.1)

Symptoms

Incrementing a date value in an eText template fails.
TO_DATE(PaymentDate+1, 'YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss+HH:MM')
returns "20080521", instead of the date formatted value.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
1. Create an eText Template that uses TO_DATE(PaymentDate+1, 'YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss+HH:MM')
2. Run the eText Template to generate ETEXT output.
