TeleService: Service Requests Cannot Be Retrieved When Using Folders - Error FRM-40350 or FRM-40301 or 'No data found...' (Doc ID 744321.1)

Symptoms

Unable to retrieve Service Request (SR) details within the Contact Center SR Tab or in the main Service Request form.

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find Service Request

 - Enter the SR search criteria
 - Click on Search

or

(N) Customer Management > Contact Center

 

What is Working:

- For the same Customer, one SR can be queried, but others cannot.
- When searching for a particular Service Request in Find SR form, the result grid populated with correct data but its opening Service Request Creation form with the error.

Notes:

- SRs have not Contacts.
- Form has Folders

Error:

FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved.
     or
FRM-40301: Query caused no records to be retrieved.
    or
No data found using these search criteria.
