Symptoms

When scheduling a task (either in the Dispatch Center, or from the Task tab on the SR screen) the following error is encountered.

APP-CSR-254043: No plan options were found for task with number XXXX. Consult the service manager for a resolution

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the Oracle Applications.
2. (R)Field Service Manager --> Dispatch Center.
3. Select Task, right click, click on Schedule --> Select various parameters and click on "Search".
4. Note the error.  

or

1. Login to the Oracle Applications.
2. (R)Field Service Manager --> Create Service Request.
3. Create a new Service Request and associated Task.
4. Select Task, right click, click on Schedule --> Select various parameters and click on "Search".
5. Note the error.
