Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

Find that after upgrading from 11.5.10 to R12  unable to register a walk in /new user  in iStore although B2B and B2C users work correctly

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1.Upgrade from 11.5.10 to R12
2. Follow instructions for Guest User setup from chapter 4 in the iStore implementation guide
3. Unable to register a new  User as the registration link is not available

Changes

Upgrade from 11i to R12

The IBE_ADMIN account was corrupted during the upgrade
