Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Find when running the NOEX payment format the concurrent request form show the process as completed with warning already after a few seconds but the Date completed is not filled and the process actually keeps running so it is not completed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the concurrent process to show as running until it actually completes

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a invoice without a bank account
2. create a payment batch including this invoice
3 select and build the payment batch
4 format the payment batch with NOEX telepay
5. view the concurrent request status , it shows with status completed before it actually completes.
Note you will need to have a lot of invoices to be able to actually see this.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot know when the process actually completes.
