Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
Find that when using the Process Order API to update an existing order line with a new manual
modifier, when the price list line is using a formula which uses the GET_CUSTOM_PRICE function does
not return the list price but zero, if the user goes into the sales order form and actions price
order, the correct price list is returned


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the api to populate the line with the correct list price
