Payment Summary Archive Does Not Report Negative Lump Sum E Correctly (Doc ID 744844.1)

Symptoms

When an employee has retropay greater than 12 months (both positive and negative) with a net result of negative. Payment Summary Archive process only takes the positive entries resulting in incorrect reporting of Lump Sum E on the employee's Payment Summary.

Please note that this is for overpayments.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Run Retro Pay by Element for employee with backpay dated over 12 months ago. Total of these backpay results in negative.
  2. Run Payment Summary Archive
  3. Run Payment Summary Validation Report
