R12 While Opening The Large Fsg Report receive error: You have encountered an unexpected error. (Doc ID 744855.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

Error being encountered when attempting to generate any FSG report greater then 600 lines:

Error page
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

This has not worked in the past
This is occurring for all large FSG's - all instances
This is occurring no matter the output type selected.
This occurs for any template used including the seeded template
This report generates in the application without issue.

Or the following error may be seen:

Displayed Error
 'Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

In the bne.log
