Journal Import Business Event Does Not return je_batch_id (Doc ID 744993.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


In Release 12, the journal import complete business event does not provide sufficient information to
workflow to allow the function to be used. The je_batch_id value is not returned

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Enable business event and create subscription to custom code (GL Doesn't seed any code)
Run journal import. Event trigger is fired, but no information is passed to workflow to allow it
to be used (e.g. je_batch_id)
