Symptoms
When attempting to run the interface trip stop without specifying the parameter "Organization" the
following error occurs
ERROR
Cannot derive Chart of Accounts Id for 107 from Organization definitions

Exiting WSH_SHIP_CONFIRM_ACTIONS.GET_ACCOUNT (09/23/2008 03:08:08 PM, .23 seconds)
RET_STATUS:E ACCOUNT_ID:145911
Unable to get account for delivery detail id 10258491
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue happens intermittently but only seems to fail when a specific user runs it. Interface
Trip Stop concurrent process is triggered automatically when the
customer runs the Automated Ship Confirm - SRS concurrent process, which is running on a schedule.
