Symptoms

When attempting to login to the Universal Work Queue form in a Telephony environment with Basic Integration, the following error is displayed.

Error:

Could not login to Media Type Basic Telephony
- Internal media provider error (IEU_UWQ_CLIENT_EX_DETAILS=)


Steps:
(R) Universal Work Queue Agent
(N) Universal Work Queue

The error above is displayed.
