Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Defined promotional goods modifier.  On creating the 'Get lines' record, an extra line is added automatically.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1) Define a new promotion (Automatic)
2) Enter a new sales order
3) Additional line is added automatically
