Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
When attempting to use user management responsibility as SYSADMIN user,
the following error occurs:
There Are No Valid Functions Available For This Responsibility
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as SYSADMIN
2. User management responsibility
