How does one update beneficiaries in Employee Self-Service when there are no enrollment opportunities to the plan in question?
- Users are unable to designate/change beneficiaries or see existing beneficiaries designated on the Update Beneficiaries page for plans where the setup does not allow for enrollment opportunities.
- For example:
- Enrollment Code equal to "Current, Keep Only; New, Nothing"
- Or when using either the "Still eligible, Can't Change" or "Current Enrollment Precludes Change" flags.
