Symptoms
Claim Settlement Fetcher concurrent program log file shows the error.
Error
(1) There is no claim investigation application for claim ID 123456 on the specified receipt. Please enter a different claim ID or receipt ID. (2) An error happened when trying to do Split Claim Reapplication in AR.
