Can Product References for Contracts in Entered Status be Changed When Product is Transferred

When a product is replaced, existing Active Service Contract sublines are terminated.
What can be done to assure that Service Contracts that are in Entered status are also changed as a result of the replacement?
1. Create an Advanced Replacement for an existing product in the Install Base (through Order Management, Field Service or Depot Repair).
2. Open an Active Service Contract that references the expired product. The contract line is terminated.
3. Open a Service Contract that references the same product, but the contract is in Entered status. No change was made.
