Symptoms

When candidates attempt to submit assessments while applying for a job in iRecruitment, the following error occurs:

ERROR
Workflow Errors: OTWF, 32962
Failed Activity Inform Manager of Learner Test Result
Activity Type Notice
Error Name WFENG_NOTIFICATION_PERFORMER
Error Message 3120: Activity 'OTWF/189723' has no performer.
Error Stack Wf_Engine_Util.Notification_Send(OTWF, 32962, 189723, OTWF:OTA_MGR_TEST_RESULT_MSG)
Wf_Engine_Util.Notification(OTWF, 32962, 189723, RUN)


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Candidates applies to job in external site.

2. Completes assessment in application.

3. Workflow fails with above error.
