BIP PDF Output Does Not Print MICRD Barcode Font - View Output Ok

This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
1. Printing BI Publisher generated PDF output from concurrent processing does not print the MICR font.
2. It appears as though the margins are not aligned properly.
3. Manually printing it from View Output (client PC), it is printing correctly.
4. Viewing the postscript file (converted from PDF) shows the MICR font.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the MICR font to print from concurrent processing.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run a concurrent request, to generate PDF output with MICR font, with copies > 0.
