OEXOEORD: Cannot Update the Currency on the Sales Order Header (Doc ID 747310.1)

Symptoms

On R12 in Production:
When trying to enter an order using the price list 'Master' the currency LOV on sales order form
does not show currency 'EUR', it only shows 'USD'.

If currency LOV is opened without populating the price list both currency codes 'USD' and 'EUR'
are displayed correctly.

Multi- currency conversion is already setup in pricing 

Process - Update Price Lists with Multi-Currency Conversion Criteria
is executed successfully.

Following profile options are set as
QP: Multi Currency Installed Y Site
QP: Multi Currency Usage  Y Application Order Management.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expected is that both currencies 'USD' and 'EUR' are displayed in the LOV.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter an order.
2. Choose price list Master.
3. Click on currency LOV.

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter an order using other currencies.
