APP-PQP-230661 Error When Trying to Enroll in Occupational Absence

On 12.0.4 in Production:
When attempting to enroll an employee in occupational absence, the following error occurs:
APP-PQP-230661: Cannot locate a record for the pay period.
The Date Code currently being processed is ALDCPP>.
This error is occurring in the following procedure:

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain.
3. Query for the employee in question.
4. Enter absence and enroll. Error occurs.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enroll employee in absence which will have effect on payroll deductions and can have a carry on effect on legislative deductions.
