Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
When attempting to Gather Column Statistics with parameters (e.g. AE_LINE_TYPE_CODE (column), AP(Owner), AP_AE_LINES_ALL (table), 50 (percent) ) the following error occurs:

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
