"APP-BEN-92690" When Using Imputed Income Element on Multiple Standard Rate Records (Doc ID 748563.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to enroll in benefits, the following error occurs:

ERROR
APP-BEN-92690: You cannot enroll a person into a plan that includes more than one activity rate with the same element and input value.
The standard rates Medical Imputed Income and BEN PPO EE - Imputed Income use the same element and input value and are attached to the same compensation Object.
You must either change your setup so that these activity rates do not use the same element, input value, and the compensation object, or enroll the person into a plan that doesn't include activity rates with the same element, input value, and compensation object.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query the employee.
3. Process a life event and access the enrollment form.
4. Make an enrollment into a plan that includes imputed income and save.
Error occurs.
