Symptoms

When attempting to Implement Disposition Actions by importing WIP Scrap via API, the Check Periodic Alert program is failing with the following errors:

ORA-00904: "SEQUENCE": invalid identifier

APP-ALR-04020: Oracle Alert was unable to execute "&VALUE". Check that this file exists and that its read protection is set correctly.
