Error: "Reset Are Not Allowed For Counters With Reading Type Change" (Doc ID 749404.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:
When user Sign's off the MR, Following error gets displayed.


Error:
Reset are not allow for Counter with reading type change
Reset are not allow for &MODE with reading type change.


CASE I

1. Counter have been set as REGULAR-CHANGE-FLUCTUATING
2. MR title LYK_PW4056_INS was created with following characteristics
--> No threshold
--> Reset value = Zero
--> Repetive: YES

3. When user wants to sign off the MR system comes with following errors.
Reset are not allow for Counter with reading type change
Reset are not allow for &MODE with reading type change.

CASE II

1. Counter have been set as REGULAR-CHANGE-FLUCTUATING
2. MR title 777.SB.777-53-6123.Part1 was created with following characteristics
--> Interval of 1000 CSN
--> Repetitive : NO

3. When user wants to sign off the MR system comes with NO errors.


Summary
The only different between CASE I and CASE II is the MR definition. In the CASE I, MR has been defined with NO threshold and reset value to Zero, while in the CASE II there is an interval and reset value to cero is not stated.

CMRO> execution > production planning > work order
