Count Commitments Are Not Displayed Properly In Show Routing Options (Doc ID 749526.1)

-- Problem Statement:
On, When choosing show routing options for an order on a lane that is set with a count commitment of 1 for a carrier on that lane , the count commitments are not displayed correctly. Rather than showing 0/1 (0 used out of the 1 count setup), it shows 0/0.

If the commitment is already used,  it shows 1/0.
