Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
Cannot export data from responsibility Territory Management using the built-in WebADI functionality. On every try the following error is shown:
oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneInvalidException: No Components with the name JTF_QUAL_TYPE6_COMP
exist. Please contact your support representative.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
-Open responsibility 'Territory Management'.
-Select Usage: 'Service', press 'Go'.
-Select one territory with radio-button, press 'Export'.
-On 'Export'-screen: Select 'Selected Node', press 'Continue'.
-The 'Information'-screen appears saying 'A file will be downloaded to your desktop.'
-On the download screen (from Internet Explorer) select 'Open'.
-The download seems to start but after a few seconds the following screen appears:
Processing: Create Document
Your document is being created.
Do not close this window until processing completes.
Close
Fatal error: Please have your system administrator view the bne.log file.
oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneInvalidException: No Components with the name JTF_QUAL_TYPE6_COMP exist. Please contact your support representative.
