Symptoms
When attempting to add a Diagnostic code or Service code in Depot Repair the following error occurs:
ERROR
APP-FND-00668: The data that defines the flexfield on this field may be inconsistent. Inform your
system administrator that the function: SV2.GET_KEYSTRUCT could not find the structure definition
for the flexfield specified by Application = inv, Code = MSTK and Structure number = 101
system administrator that the function: SV2.GET_KEYSTRUCT could not find the structure definition
for the flexfield specified by Application = inv, Code = MSTK and Structure number = 101
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Oracle Applications.
2. Navigate to Responsibility: Depot Repair Super user --> Setup --> Diagnostic codes
3. Add Diagnostic codes
