When publishing a model, the List of Values (LOV) does not contain the value for a recently cloned instance.

Used two E-business suite instances (one the source instance/model master) and one the publication target (Runtime) instance, to create cloned instances in 11.5.10 and then upgraded both instances to R12.

The following concurrent programs was run to create a link between them for model publishing.

Server Administration Concurrent Programs
1. Define Remote Server,
2. Enable Remote Server,

Both programs ran and completed successfully.

1. Log on to source instance
2. Click on Publications tab
3. Create new publication
4. Select the model to be published
5. List of available remote target instances shows only "local" instance.
