Symptoms
Problem Statement:
Tried to change the RetroPay Status and the below error message appeared:
"You are not allowed to change the status to Confirmed - Awaiting Processing"
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate from HRMS Manager responsibility
- View > RetroPay Status
- Query for outstanding retropay entries
- Try to change the Status
