Error Received When Attempting to Change the Retropay Status

Problem Statement:

Tried to change the RetroPay Status and the below error message appeared:

"You are not allowed to change the status to Confirmed - Awaiting Processing"

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate from HRMS Manager responsibility
  2. View > RetroPay Status
  3. Query for outstanding retropay entries
  4. Try to change the Status
