Can Not View Or Change User Menu Settings (Doc ID 750318.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

When editing a User Menu, it is not possible to view the information for that Menu Item (such as what Screen Set is assigned to it), nor is it possible to update or change this Menu item.


To reproduce:

1 - Navigate to: Configuration and Administration > User configuration > Menu Manager

2 - Search for and edit a Menu.

3 - Note that the list of the options in the menu is displayed however the Screen Sets each links to is not displayed.
