Contract In Status Other Than Active Not Visible On Mfs Laptop (Doc ID 750467.1)

Symptoms

Find that contracts with (custom) status other than 'Active' associated to SRs are not visible on the MFS Laptop application when the SR is synched down

When a contract is in 'Active' status it is shown on the laptop.


-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an SR that is covered by a contract in Billing Preview status
2. create an FS task for the SR and assign it to a mobile user
3. set status to Assigned
4. synchronize laptop client
5. Find the task / SR and open it. IN the tree, note that the contract is not shown.
