When there are only cancelled or closed disputes for a customer, they do not show on the History/Disputes tab.
However, when there is one open dispute request, all the former disputes show on the History/Disputes tab.
Steps To Reproduce:
1) Create Dispute for a Transaction
2) Close Dispute
3) Go to History screen > Dispute not Shown
4) Create another Dispute for the same Transaction
5) Go to History screen > Both Dispute appears
Users can not trust the dispute history
