When attempting to submit Clauses and Templates for approval from Contract Terms Library, they fail with the following error: STATUS 'REJECTED'
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Service Contracts Manager
1. Contract Terms Library > Contract Template > create template or clause > submit for approval
2. Query the template Status shows as 'Rejected'.
Expected to be 'Approved' or 'Submitted for Approval' with notification sent
Due to this issue, no contract template with sell and or intent are approved.
